Update: I'm Not Done Learning
I’ve gone silent here on the blog because I’ve been working through so many things. I’m still eating local food as much as possible and loving it, with the added bonus of picking up things at the weekly farmer’s market since growing season is here!
2019 has been an amazing year of growing for me in pretty much every way. I’ve learned so much about food, myself, the human body, my kids, the mind, faith, and people. I’m in the middle of a time of learning that I know won’t be done anytime soon. It’s funny to think now that I used to assume learning stopped when you finished school.
We just found out that our daughter got into 4K at the school we’d wanted for her for a while. This was somewhat unexpected, and opened up a path for me to work on the next step for my business, a real live building.
I’m not finished writing my blog, but it will be coming less frequently (as you may have noticed) and be more experimental.
I’ve asked for your thoughts, questions, and expertise as we’ve started exploring food together, and I welcome much more!
And I’d love for you to stay by my side as I delve into making Bossy Baker into a space that can encourage and support employees, community, friendships, farmers, and of course all the local foods we can get our hands on here in Greenville!
